Open Beta for the D&D Character Builder

Wizards of the Coast are pleased to announce that the Open Beta for the D&D Character Builder has now been released. The Beta, now open to players not subscribed to D&D Insider, covers levels 1-3 and includes new material added since the Closed Beta version released for D&D Insider subscribers.
